Financial Analyst National Account Services A2L Program

Aramark's Accelerate to Leadership (A2L) Program offers early career talent valuable work experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and professional training across a variety of environments and business areas.

As a year-long development and training program designed for recent college graduates, A2L provides you with the resources you need to ignite your full potential and launch an accelerated career path at Aramark.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles within Aramark while participating in structured program activities and developmental exercises tailored to each candidate's career track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lead the monthly financial review with the client.
  • Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations, ensuring that discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Complete weekly, monthly, and annual operating reports, all sales reports, special events sales billings, and cash register audits for the facility in a timely manner.
  • Supervise all accounting office functions, including cash disbursements, payroll, cash receipts, and general ledger accounting.
  • Coordinate financial audits of components with internal and external auditors.
  • Manage and communicate cash flow-related issues, including accurate and timely preparation of cash flow statements, management of receivables, payables, cash balance, control mechanisms, and timely deposits of all funds.
  • Generate period critique reports for the client and attend Accounting and Finance meetings.
  • Work on special projects, including P.CER requests and reconciliations.
  • Address any operational or financial issues in Budgeting and Forecasting.
  • Support the Operations Teams in preparing Financial Projections and weekly closing of GFF/TCS/MTK.
  • Review financial measures of effectiveness daily.
  • Develop methods of tracking financial performance.
Requirements

To be considered eligible, applicants must graduate between December and August of the current school year for the rising A2L Program class.

All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program, including any final internship requirements.

A degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales is required.

Relevant coursework or work experience is also necessary.

Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills are essential.
