We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Elevated Kids LLC. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions for young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, incorporating principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI).
  • Supervise and train Behavior Therapists in the implementation of ABA/NDBI strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of interventions into daily routines.
  • Conduct assessments and develop positive behavior support plans to address challenging behaviors.
  • Aggregate and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and ensure data-driven practice.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
  • Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role with families and Behavior Therapists/RBTs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children (ages 0-8) diagnosed with ASD.
