Sales Development Representative

About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and bonuses based on sales performance. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound calls and collaborating with experienced professionals to convert customers into qualified leads and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from prospective customers, identifying their needs and providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Use your knowledge of our product portfolio to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Document customer interactions and update computer systems accordingly.
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on questions or to review current or new products and services.
- Assist customers in completing enrollment applications over the phone, ensuring accurate and complete information.
- Participate in a Sales Development Program that will accelerate your career with a company that values your growth and development.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals, mentors, and sales leaders to build your skills and network.
- Develop relationships within a close-knit community of peers involved in the development program.
- The program is curriculum-based and structured, providing a clear path for your career advancement.
- As a licensed agent, your total compensation is determined by your ability to work hard, sell, and deliver a great customer experience.
- Average first-year annual earnings $60K through a combination of base pay plus sales commissions.
- Top performers can earn $80K+.
- Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for external candidates.
