Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective project management processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth and expansion, developing and implementing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Procore and Primavera.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
