- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth and expansion, developing and implementing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software, including Procore and Primavera.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
