Project Engineer

At Stevens Construction Corp., we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will assist the Project Manager with multiple project duties, including submittals, RFI's, drawings, project documentation, client communication, production, and cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Soliciting and qualifying subcontractor bids and project scopes
  • Writing subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and proposals for approval
  • Developing and managing punch lists with the project team
  • Coordinating with the Superintendent to ensure job site needs are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Construction Engineering, or related degree
  • Ability to read and understand construction-specific project documents
  • Experience with project scheduling software
  • Knowledge of construction safety
