Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and schedules to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including safety, quality, and schedule risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Knowledge of construction management software, including Procore, Timberline, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
