About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the management of our childcare afterschool program, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes collecting and monitoring weekly childcare attendance reports, managing PACE vouchers and Y EEC contract assessments, and calculating childcare parent fees.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the childcare afterschool program
  2. Collect and monitor weekly childcare attendance reports
  3. Manage PACE vouchers and Y EEC contract assessments
  4. Calculate childcare parent fees
  5. Meet with parents to complete assessments and reassessments

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. You should also be proficient in office software products, including Excel, Word, and proprietary accounting systems.

The estimated salary for this position is between $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
