Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract and Data Management Specialist to join our team at YMCA Southcoast. This is a part-time position, 15-20 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing childcare contracts and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations. They will also assist with administrative tasks, such as collecting and monitoring attendance reports, managing PACE vouchers and Y EEC contract assessments, and distributing enrollment letters.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract and data management, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Estimated salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and monitor weekly childcare attendance reports
  • Manage PACE vouchers and Y EEC contract assessments
  • Distribute enrollment letters
  • Monitor and adjust contract and voucher placements
  • Calculate childcare parent fees and enter accounting adjustments into Daxko
