Childcare Contract Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Southcoast. In this role, you will be responsible for managing childcare contracts and subsidies, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal controls.
**About the Role:**
This is a part-time position, requiring 15-20 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract and data management, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collect and monitor weekly childcare attendance reports
- Manage PACE vouchers and Y EEC contract assessments in accordance with state guidelines
- Distribute enrollment letters in a timely manner
- Monitor and adjust contract & voucher placements
- Calculate childcare parent fees and enter accounting adjustments into Daxko
**Requirements:**
- Experience in contract and data management
- Proven ability to accurately enter, evaluate, identify discrepancies, and process numerical data
- Demonstrated competence in use of office software products including Excel, Word, and proprietary accounting systems
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and under deadlines
- Experience in dealing with confidential material
**Salary:** $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
