Automotive Inventory Visual Specialist

We are looking for a Full-time Automotive Inventory Photographer/Videographer to assist various dealerships with their photography and videography requirements. Our ideal candidates are passionate about cars or photography, proactive, and detail-oriented.
As an Automotive Inventory Photographer, you will operate independently to capture images and videos of vehicles at different dealerships and upload them to an internal platform for online marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in physical activities for up to 8 hours daily in outdoor environments.
- Travel to scheduled dealership locations.
- Drive a variety of vehicles, including both manual (stick shift) and automatic transmissions.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Prepare vehicles for photography and adhere to company standards for digital images.
- Maintain regular communication with your district manager and dealership managers as necessary.
- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail.
- Conduct consistent visits to clients, ensuring punctuality and accuracy to foster ongoing business relationships.
- Utilize standard office equipment and input basic data.
- Efficiently enter accurate vehicle information.
- Employ productive thinking and self-discipline to optimize time management (e.g., travel routes) and fulfill customer service commitments as scheduled.

- Reliable transportation, as travel is integral to this role.
- Clean driving and criminal history.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a criminal and driving background check.
- Experience in car photography or a willingness to learn.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role.
- Capability to drive a stick shift and a general understanding of automobiles (makes, models, engines, accessories, etc.).
- Photography knowledge or a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a dealership setting (e.g., porter).
- Valet experience.
- Lot attendant background.
- Prior outdoor work experience.
- Starting hourly pay of $15.00 during training, increasing to $17.50 based on performance after the first 30 days, with potential bonuses. Most employees average $25-$35 per hour including bonuses.
