Position Overview

Role Summary:


The Automotive Service Specialist is tasked with executing vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned, adhering to both dealership and manufacturer standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Carry out tasks as specified on the repair order with precision.
  • Inspect vehicles to identify any additional safety or service needs.
  • Inform the service advisor promptly if repairs cannot be completed within the expected timeframe.
  • Conduct road tests on vehicles as necessary.
  • Participate in factory-sponsored training sessions.
  • Stay updated on factory technical bulletins.

Candidate Qualifications

Requirements:

High Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is essential.

  • ASE certification or equivalent manufacturer training.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug testing.
