Position Overview
Role Summary:
The Automotive Service Specialist is tasked with executing vehicle repair and maintenance tasks as assigned, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs as specified on the service order with precision.
- Inspect vehicles to identify any additional safety or service needs.
- Inform the service advisor promptly if repairs cannot be completed within the designated timeframe.
- Perform road tests on vehicles as necessary.
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training sessions.
- Stay updated on factory technical bulletins.
Required Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
High Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is essential.
- ASE certification or equivalent manufacturer training.
- A minimum of two years' experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Applicants must have authorization to work in the USA.
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug testing.
