Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist I- Outpatient Pediatrics to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders for pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for pediatric patients.
  • Administer diagnostic tests and implement individualized treatments.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Implement and maintain department policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Completion of a Speech Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Internship.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (California).
  • National Provider Identifier.
  • Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
