- Master's Degree: Possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Be licensed to practice as a Speech and Language Pathologist in the state of California.
- Clinical Skills: Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and a passion for working with children.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and open to learning, and have an appreciation for a wide range of therapeutic approaches.
- Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information, and be occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

The base pay range for this opening is $87,111 to $108,888 annually, and compensation will be adjusted based on skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location.
