Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Acuity Talent Acquisition. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for administering various processes and systems to support employee-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement new procedures and policies to enhance the employment partnership experience.
- Assist in benefits administration, compensation, and employee performance programs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR with benefits administration experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Expert knowledge of office equipment and strong organizational/planning skills.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
