Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Benefits Director in evaluating and implementing enterprise benefit programs, including group health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and wellness benefits.
- Prepare and implement open enrollment processes, including communications, training, implementation, processing, and finalization.
- Ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are met timely, and implement any needed internal processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor the leave of absence program for consistency across all company divisions and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
