We are currently in search of an Executive Assistant.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will encompass vital administrative support tasks, including:

  • Managing appointment schedules, providing information to callers, and taking dictation.
  • Drafting memos, transcribing notes, and researching to create presentations.
  • Generating reports, managing multiple projects, and preparing as well as monitoring invoices and expense reports.
  • Assisting in the compilation and development of the annual budget.
  • Additional duties will involve filing, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, handling incoming calls and correspondence, assisting in customer visits, and performing general secretarial tasks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 additional years of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in providing administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
