Position Overview

It is essential that candidates possess experience within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Core Duties

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and leading a comprehensive global risk strategy.
  • Analyzing complex insurance challenges and formulating effective policies to reduce the organization's risk exposure.
  • Responding to inquiries from insurance carriers, brokers, regulatory bodies, and corporate stakeholders, providing necessary information on a daily basis.
  • Advising stakeholders on various claims, including workers' compensation, auto incidents, general and professional liability, property, and cyber-crime.
  • Delivering insights through loss-run analytics and developing risk mitigation strategies while proactively anticipating changes.
  • Maintaining detailed metrics and dashboards related to vehicle accidents, employee injuries, workers' compensation claims, general liability claims, and associated cost trends.
  • Utilizing data effectively to drive risk mitigation initiatives across business units.
  • Managing third-party administrators against rigorous key performance indicators.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of in-house risk management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations for the Board of Directors and executive teams.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing third-party administrators.
  • A background in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
