Visual Media Specialist

ATR International is seeking a Photographer/Videographer to provide essential visual documentation and support for various projects. This role will involve working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to capture high-quality images and videos that represent the company's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite support for documentation setups, including major milestones and group events.
  • Capture feature photos and publication stills for media relations and press releases.
  • Assist in video production for meetings, events, and presentations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in photography and videography.
  • Proficiency with professional video and DSLR cameras, including brands such as Sony, Nikon, and Canon.
  • Solid understanding of still photography techniques, utilizing both natural and artificial lighting.
  • Experience in studio and location lighting, as well as audio production.
  • Strong skills in shot composition and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with video editing software and creative applications; a portfolio or demo reel is required for review.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced skills in video production and editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
  • Expertise in photography editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge) and studio portrait lighting.
  • Ability to interpret project needs and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives and senior leaders.
  • A passion for visual storytelling and promoting a positive team environment.

This position requires a candidate who can handle constructive feedback professionally and is comfortable working within established workflows and project management tools.
