We are seeking a seasoned Lead Cloud Solutions Architect to enhance our client support and contribute to our dedicated team of problem solvers.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Lead Cloud Solutions Architect, you will possess extensive expertise in cloud computing, encompassing on-premise, hybrid, and commercial cloud management. Your role will involve mentoring junior developers and engineers while provisioning, managing, and securing cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code implementations at an Individual Contributor Level. Effective communication skills are essential for engaging with various stakeholders both within and outside the organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of relevant hands-on experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, particularly in Python scripting
  • Proven experience in leveraging large-scale cloud infrastructure as a primary application platform
  • Proficiency in building declarative infrastructure using modern Infrastructure as Code methodologies
  • Experience leading software, data center, and/or on-premise infrastructure engineering teams in adopting cloud and hybrid architectures
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, JSON, and Python
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within the first 90 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of GovCloud or AWS networking
  • Expertise in Hashicorp Vault and Immutable Infrastructure concepts
  • Experience with GitLab and its CI/CD pipelines

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret security clearance

Work Environment:

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $140,000 - $225,000
  • Compensation is based on comprehensive experience, demonstrated skills, and proven abilities
