Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural and design initiatives for cutting-edge Cybersecurity solutions aimed at safeguarding commercial networks.
  • Collaborate with a team of industry experts to determine the optimal combination of tools and methodologies that align with client security requirements and future aspirations.
  • Explore innovative techniques, moving beyond traditional models to align with industry advancements.
  • Guide the team in a thorough approach to security architecture design, offering alternatives and tailoring solutions to balance security with operational needs.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to assist clients in overcoming significant challenges by integrating various Cybersecurity technologies, including IoT, OT, Cloud security, Automation and Orchestration (A&O), identity and access management, conditional-based access, attribute-based access control, and micro-segmentation.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in IT operations or Cybersecurity within large organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading technical project delivery for complex enterprises.
  • Expertise in architecting Zero Trust frameworks, roadmaps, and capabilities in accordance with industry standards such as NIST and CISA Maturity Model.
  • Familiarity with Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions, including Zscaler, Netscope, and Palo Alto Prisma.
  • Experience in leading product selection processes for automation, visibility, secure DevOps, and access management solutions.
  • Background in supporting Federal Civilian Executive Branch Agencies and engaging with senior federal leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior executives to conceptualize, develop, and implement cybersecurity capability enhancements.
  • Proficient in working with project teams to integrate Cybersecurity solutions and formulate high-quality implementation strategies.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role within Cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering.
  • Background in selecting and implementing security tools for large-scale organizations.
  • Knowledge of innovative Cybersecurity technologies, including A&O, AI, machine learning, and advanced firewalls.
  • Experience with cloud architectures such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, or GCP.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation and thought leadership content on Cybersecurity topics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant Information Security Certifications (e.g., CEH, CISM, CCSP, CISSP).

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
