Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in data modeling, database design, and data architecture.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing data models for complex, large-scale databases.
  • Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, IBM InfoSphere Data Architect, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling techniques.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
    • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lineage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
    • Certification in data modeling or database management.
    • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
