KPMG is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Architect to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex enterprise environments from a cyber security perspective across the U.S. Federal government space, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Perform technical zero trust planning, system integration, and/or system verification and validation to ensure the security of our clients' systems.
  • Develop and maintain an organization's network zero trust strategy, aligning it with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Perform cybersecurity/system analysis, including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal of security systems.
  • Lead and support the integration of zero trust into systems development efforts through a DevSecOps approach, ensuring the security of our clients' systems.
  • Lead project management efforts for zero trust and cyber security technology and process assessments/ implementations, including security architecture, cloud security, DevSecOps, risk assessment, incident response, Risk Management Framework (RMF), penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, vendor and third-party risk management, data privacy and information governance, and program delivery.
  • Lead the process of identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in cyber security to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Information Security, with U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Knowledge base in cyber security operations, cloud security, and/or security architecture.
  • Experience with business development and client services orientation.
  • Functional certification such as AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Google, MCSE, IAM platforms, IT-GRC preferred; CISSP, CCSP, CAP, CEH, CPT, CISM, CISA, CIPP, GIAC, GSEC, and/or GCFW certifications preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
  • U.S. Citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal Government Secret Security Clearance.
