Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

Execute general administrative tasks to assist the Sales & Marketing team (e.g., organizing files, managing correspondence, data entry, document reproduction). Create sales-related documentation throughout the sales cycle (e.g., proposals, agreements, or event orders). Foster brand awareness both internally and externally. Collect materials and compile information packages (e.g., brochures, marketing collateral). Employ sales strategies that enhance revenue while preserving existing customer loyalty to Marriott. Input, retrieve, reconcile, and validate information (e.g., commissions, leads, third-party data) in sales-related software.

Address client inquiries regarding property amenities/services (e.g., operational hours, pricing, room categories, packages, promotions, entertainment options, dining, special events).

Act as the primary contact for clients, communicating with them via phone and email to address inquiries and fulfill requests.


Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures; ensure that uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets.

Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and respond to guests' service needs; express gratitude to guests with sincere appreciation.

Engage with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and thoroughly; answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette.

Develop and sustain positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team in achieving shared objectives; listen and respond effectively to the concerns of fellow employees.

Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Execute other reasonable job responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification:
None

The pay rate for this position is $26.22 per hour.

The pay range for this position is $26.22 to $26.22 per hour.

The pay range for this position is $26.22 to $26.22 per hour.

Washington D

C Applicants Only:
The pay range for this position is $26.22 to $26.22 per hour.

The pay range for this position is $26.22 to $26.22 per hour. Employees will accrue PTO balance for every hour worked and are eligible to receive a minimum of 7 holidays annually.
