Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy to individuals with autism.
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors and BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or Special Education.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
