CARE SUPPORT - Competitive Pay

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and follow care plans and daily living activities tailored to each resident's needs, adhering to professional standards and regulations.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of care provided.
  • Conduct safety checks at the beginning and end of each shift, effectively communicating resident status to the incoming team.
  • Report any changes in resident conditions to nursing staff in a timely manner.
  • Complete incident reports accurately and promptly, adhering to safety and infection control policies.
  • Identify and address environmental concerns to ensure resident safety and comfort.
  • Respect and uphold resident rights, promoting dignity and independence across diverse backgrounds.
  • Recognize and respond to the emotional and psychological needs of residents.

MEDICATION TECHNICIAN - Up to Competitive Rate

Core Duties:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Ensure timely administration of medications to residents.
  • Assist with lifting and transferring residents as necessary.
  • Support meal preparation and service, monitoring changes in residents' eating habits.
  • Document and report any changes in residents' health or ability to perform daily tasks.
  • Monitor vital signs and follow up on personal care schedules.
  • Report any incidents or accidents involving residents immediately.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations and resident requests for assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a caregiving role.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Medication Technician preferred.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain one.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards.
  • Ability to perform household tasks and meal preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassionate and positive demeanor.
  • Physical stamina to meet job demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
