Role Summary:

This role is under the supervision of the Finance Manager and is pivotal in preparing, analyzing, and presenting intricate financial data to facilitate operational and strategic decision-making.

The position entails providing financial guidance to the organization, which includes overseeing and analyzing the monthly closing process, assisting in the annual budgeting process, preparing and reviewing account reconciliations, and developing annual audit schedules along with various financial analyses.


Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

Professional Experience:
A minimum of five years of experience in accounting or financial analysis is required.

Additional Skills:
Proficient knowledge of financial applications and processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings effectively

Proven capability to collaborate with leadership teams

Ability to frame analytical inquiries, conduct financial analyses, and convey related outcomes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with intermediate skills

Capacity to work independently and meet project deadlines

Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Preferred Certifications:
CPA certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in healthcare financial reporting.

Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint.
