Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating internal agency financial management and program development activities, including analysis and documentation as directed by government leads.
  • Assisting in the collection, maintenance, assessment, and analysis of program and budget data.
  • Contributing to the formulation and dissemination of financial management responsibilities linked to the agency's internal guidance.
  • Providing expertise in the development and publication of budget exhibits and related documentation.
  • Supporting the creation of agency-level budget briefing materials and responses to inquiries.
  • Preparing materials for program and budget reviews, ensuring readiness for meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Creating and refining various presentations and briefings related to financial management for senior leadership.
  • Monitoring supplemental guidance requirements and supporting all facets of budget execution.
  • Conducting thorough financial data analysis, identifying trends, and generating comprehensive reports.
  • Interpreting complex budget and execution data to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 12 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in specialized roles within government budgetary or finance processes.
  • Proven experience with U.S. Intelligence Funding Programs.

Desired:

  • Experience with key budget execution processes in government agencies.
  • Understanding of fund execution policies for principal appropriations.
  • Familiarity with all phases of the PPBE process, including documentation and justification.
  • Experience with financial databases and systems relevant to government financial management.
