The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in conducting financial assessments and variance evaluations for Local Systems and affiliated entities within the Hospital Sisters Health System. This position is tasked with delivering detailed analyses of monthly operational performance to facilitate accountability reporting for both Local Systems and affiliates.
This role is entirely remote, available to candidates residing in eligible states including AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline is mandatory.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, statistics, healthcare, or a comparable field is essential. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
Certifications:
N/A
Physical Requirements:
Administrative tasks are the primary focus of this role.
