Job Title: Sales Executive

CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Kansas City, MO.

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate our clients' portfolio of properties online. You will partner with top owners and brokers to advise on product frequency, reach, and brand efficacy, and highlight return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build long-lasting, service-focused customer relationships
  • Analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics
  • Prospect new clients, drive sales, and close new business using CoStar Group's extensive property data
  • Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue
  • Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your specific market territory
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help our clients achieve their goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College
  • Minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience
  • Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license
