Position Overview

ROLE SUMMARY:

Cleaning Technicians are vital to our operations, delivering essential cleaning services to our clientele. Under the guidance of a Supervisor, you will be tasked with sanitizing and maintaining client facilities in accordance with specified cleaning protocols. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: cleaning entryways and communal spaces, waste disposal, dusting, maintaining floor surfaces, and replenishing supplies in restrooms and break areas.
  • Organize and maintain janitorial/storage areas and company vehicles in a clean and safe manner.
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are kept clean and in safe working order.
  • Properly label all cleaning chemical containers.
  • Adhere to correct dilution ratios for cleaning solutions.
  • Order cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
  • Clean entryways, dust surfaces, remove debris, and maintain floor cleanliness.
  • Sanitize all public areas including lobbies, reception areas, elevators, and stairwells.
  • Organize furniture and materials in common areas.
  • Empty waste receptacles, replace liners, and clean as necessary.
  • Dust all surfaces, both horizontal and vertical.
  • Sanitize surfaces in break rooms and coffee centers.
  • Restock supplies in restrooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all floor surfaces.
  • Address spills on floors and carpets as required (excluding blood spills, which must be handled by trained personnel).
  • Engage courteously with office personnel to foster positive relationships.
  • Direct requests to supervisors when necessary, providing timely customer service support.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is crucial for this role.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possession of a smartphone with email, data, and GPS capabilities.
