Job Summary

**Job Title:** Content Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Central Florida. As a Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in the recovery and restoration of properties, buildings, and items that have been damaged by various factors such as fire, water, mold, or natural disasters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Packaging and Inventory:** Complete pack ins/pack outs adherent to the scope of work provided by the Contents Managers.
  • **Documentation and Communication:** Complete photographic inventories of personal property using an iPad and Contents Track software. Acquire appropriate documentation from homeowners/communicate with homeowners to notify of job schedule.
  • **Cleaning and Restoration:** Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing and categorizing of customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, and deodorization of personal property and structure. Structure cleaning of walls, floors, ceilings, and all areas affected by water and/or fire damage.
  • **Safety and Quality:** Follow all safety protocols and ensure that proper PPE is utilized, and safety precautions are taken. Provide detailed notes and photos using the company's digital record keeping system.
  • **Customer Service:** Communicate with the Contents Manager daily to advise on job progress, issues, etc.
  • **Vehicle Operation:** Drives company vehicles.
Requirements:
  • **Language:** Must speak and write English.
  • **Education:** High school diploma or GED.
  • **Licensure:** Valid Driver's License. Good driving record.
  • **Certifications:** Must pass drug screen.
  • **Skills:** Excellent customer service skills. Professional attitude and demeanor.
Work Environment:

**Climate Controlled Environment:** Climate controlled home/office and other settings. Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat. Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud and from occasional to frequent time periods. Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.
