Position Overview:
The Cleaning Technician is a vital member of our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients. Under the guidance of the Supervisor, you will be tasked with cleaning and sanitizing various client locations according to established specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning duties in entryways and common areas, including trash disposal, dusting, and floor maintenance.
  • Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and coffee stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in janitorial storage areas and company vehicles.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are kept in safe and operable condition.
  • Adhere to proper labeling and dilution ratios for cleaning chemicals.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, reception areas, elevators, and stairwells.
  • Manage waste disposal, including replacing liners and cleaning receptacles.
  • Provide courteous and respectful service to all office personnel, fostering positive relationships.
  • Address requests and concerns, directing them to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance is essential.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possession of a smartphone with email, data, and GPS capabilities.
