Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management and Communication: Organize, prioritize, and track work at both campaign and project levels, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with business partners at various organizational levels, requiring excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Change Management: Apply proven approaches, tools, and techniques to manage and communicate changes in demands and priorities, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Resource Management and Coordination: Focus on speed to market, quality of work, and the well-being of our talent, assessing and scoping the level of effort for roles throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of project management experience within a creative or marketing agency.
  • Profound knowledge of Workfront, at least three years of experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
