Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing strategy through coordinating and implementing marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives, aligning with Business Development and different internal stakeholder groups.
  • Develop and manage a suite of sales enablement tools, including presentations, brochures, and training materials.
  • Share marketing intelligence and information with team.
  • Support internal communication among business, division and Group-wide.
  • Coordinate creation and update of marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, white papers/gated content, animations, videos presentations, and trade show displays.
  • Coordinate event participation, incl. cost forecasts and performance analysis and event communication.
  • Support development of articles/ads in specialised industry magazines, digital and printed.
  • Liaise with colleagues on a global level and third parties for smooth implementation of strategies and project follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to support Marketing / Inside Sales alignment.
  • Assist with reporting of marketing KPI performance vs goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Marketing experience in an international healthcare and B2B environment preferred.
  • Experience with lead generation in previous roles preferred.
