Job Title: Head of Growth and Lifecycle Marketing

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Growth and Lifecycle Marketing to lead North America's media, lifecycle, and marketing measurement strategy. The successful candidate will drive both performance and brand business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated media plans that align with business goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies to activate, engage, and retain the customer base.
  • Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, and other teams to execute campaigns with excellence and drive knowledge sharing.
  • Manage and collaborate with media partners to create holistic activation plans, including establishing measurable objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Guide measurement and reporting on an ongoing basis, ensuring the development and execution of a robust measurement framework that provides clear and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a Media Marketing role.
  • Proven experience in defining strategy and driving full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience leading teams across disciplines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Braze.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading high-performing teams that attract top talent.
  • Possesses excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Experience working with large budgets across all media types (national, local, digital, social, search, OOH, TV/STV, programmatic, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AdTech and MarTech tools and capabilities.
  • Experience working on a subscriptions business.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, digital roadmap, prioritization, etc.

The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
