Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

GSI is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our West Region sales team. This role is accountable for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed business goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expense reports to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Key Opinion Leaders and Key Accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the Medical Device or Diagnostics industry.
  • Proven track record of success as a sales leader, with a strong focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
