Position Overview:

This pivotal role within Corporate Treasury is tasked with managing Compliance, Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), issue oversight, and remediation efforts across various Corporate Treasury sectors, emphasizing process and compliance excellence. You will support Corporate Risk and Compliance initiatives, operating with a degree of autonomy. Proactively identify and escalate risk and customer-related issues in your daily responsibilities to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the rollout of the Compliance Management System (CMS) throughout all Corporate Treasury divisions.

• Evaluate Treasury risk data and interpret findings to support critical Treasury objectives, including risk environment monitoring and mitigation strategies.

• Design and implement tools to enhance risk, compliance, issue management, and remediation processes.

• Assist in the execution of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program within Corporate Treasury and contribute to RCSA reporting tasks.

• Promote effective challenge and escalation within Treasury operations and aid management in preparing presentations and reports.

• Oversee the tracking of remediation initiatives (Corporate Risk, Compliance, Business Risk, Regulatory, Internal Audit).

Minimum Qualifications

To qualify, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Internal Control roles.

• Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Internal Control roles may substitute for a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

We would also value:

• Certification as an Internal Auditor.

• Experience in supporting Risk/Compliance functions within the banking sector.

• Familiarity with RCSA processes.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary that typically ranges from $75,500.00 to $127,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a comprehensive total compensation strategy. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the pay for this position.
