Job Overview

We are developing a B2B solution from the ground up utilizing a contemporary technology stack that significantly impacts numerous patients. We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to contribute to our expanding organization. This position will be accountable for crafting and executing effective and scalable enterprise architectures that address the unique requirements and challenges of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development and Implementation:

  • Creating innovative enterprise-level solutions tailored to meet specific organizational needs.
  • Ensuring that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and seamlessly integrated with all mission-critical systems.
  • Balancing technical limitations with business objectives.

Enterprise Architecture Oversight:

  • Establishing and upholding enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and guidelines.
  • Leading architecture evaluations and ensuring compliance across various projects.
  • Developing and maintaining an architecture roadmap that aligns with organizational strategies.

Technical Guidance:

  • Offering technical direction and expertise to team members and stakeholders.
  • Keeping updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain architectural relevance.
  • Promoting and ensuring adherence to high standards of technical excellence.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Working closely with business leaders to comprehend their vision and requirements.
  • Clearly presenting proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Negotiating and influencing to achieve optimal outcomes for the organization.

Risk Assessment:

  • Identifying potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in a technology-driven organization or similar technical leadership role.
  • A minimum of 10 years in a development capacity with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
  • Experience in cloud architecture, preferably with MS Azure.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Capability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to identify acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical proficiency.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
  • History of leading and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • Track record of supporting and leading successful projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
