  • Maintain a valid PA Property & Casualty Insurance license along with all required continuing education.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
  • Licensed in Pennsylvania for Property/Casualty.
  • Prior experience with Applied EPIC is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Capability to delegate tasks and follow up as necessary.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in building and sustaining effective relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues.
  • Negotiation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
