Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager

At Northwest Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with a full range of banking solutions to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand existing commercial banking relationships, identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling products and services.
  • Prospect and acquire new relationships, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with product partners to discuss cross-selling opportunities and referrals, deepening client relationships and expanding our product offerings.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial loan clients, ensuring timely loan renewals and credit reviews.
  • Make loan presentations and recommendations to credit and senior management, ensuring accurate risk assessments and credit decisions.
  • Partner with credit and portfolio management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Northwest's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
  • 8+ years of account relationship management experience, with a proven track record of delivering strong sales performance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate lending, loan servicing, and credit and non-credit products.
  • Strong negotiating skills, with the ability to structure and price loans effectively.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
