Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

Simpson|McCrady, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our insurance agency, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities:
  • Market new business opportunities and prepare proposals for clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for each carrier.
  • Collaborate with Producers to identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage levels and options.
  • Process new business applications, renewals, and policy changes, ensuring timely delivery of binders, certificates, and policies.
  • Review policies for accuracy and completeness, and respond promptly to client inquiries and issues.
  • Manage client relationships, including communication, issue resolution, and account maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by management, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • PA P&C License required.
  • 5+ years of Commercial Lines experience handling complex accounts.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, database management, and agency software.
  • Professional Designations a plus.
