Technical Sales Representative

Washing Systems, LLC, a leading provider of commercial laundry detergents, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our full product line to existing customers, developing new sales prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our full product line to existing customers
- Develop a key sales prospect list and establish relationships with new customers
- Maintain appropriate sales coverage in your territory
- Deliver and maintain high levels of service, maintenance, and communications for accounts within your area
- Install and program WSI chemical dosing equipment to interface with customers' washing equipment
- Lead the work of planning and executing new installations and/or conversions in your territory
- Maintain all company-provided equipment in proper working condition
- Operate within assigned expense budget
- Collect past-due accounts receivable, where applicable
- Eliminate rush orders of products
- Submit all reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college/university in Business, Engineering, Mechanical, or related field
- 1-2 years' industry-related experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and technical/mechanical skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, Internet, and Order processing software
- Ability to act quickly, accurately, and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
Work Environment:
At least 50% of time will be traveling to and from customers/plants.
