Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Sefar Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our territory sales growth efforts in the Midwest region, covering states such as Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and the UP of Michigan.

With a focus on Food, Chemical, Environmental, and Mineral applications, you will be working with our technical liquid-solid separation and filtration solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of outside sales experience managing a similar geography, a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a technical degree, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals in the assigned region, developing sales leads through business relationships, and establishing specific account strategies for major sales opportunities. You will also maintain required Sefar product and customer application/technical knowledge in a range of markets to service customer needs.
