Job Summary

Radco Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Winston Salem / Greensboro Market. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for listening to customers to determine their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs through establishing a relationship based on trust and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify prospects and ensure that the solutions recommended meet the needs of the client.
  • Achieve sales goals established by management.
  • Establish trust and rapport with the client.
  • Maintain an active prospecting process to fill the pipeline consistently over time.
  • Prepare a job package that includes a complete written description of the job, including a detailed roof map, photographs, measurements, location of penetrations, and other pertinent information necessary to develop an accurate cost estimate.
  • Complete a comprehensive turnover package for Operations (e.g., all contract documents, final quotes from vendors, complete manufacturer preinstallation notice, submittals, handles all change orders).
  • Visit the job site periodically to evaluate progress and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Ability to carry and climb ladders, confidence on rooftops, ability to take roof samples (cores), and to thoroughly document roof conditions, measurements, etc.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
