Lead Our Culinary Team

As a Chef de Cuisine at Compagnon Wine Bistro, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled chef with a passion for French cuisine and cooking techniques, as well as strong leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  1. Lead our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  2. Cook on the line with precision and creativity, utilizing your knowledge of French techniques to craft stunning dishes.
  3. Collaborate with our management team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones, based on customer feedback and market trends.
  4. Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in food preparation and presentation.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a chef de cuisine or senior culinary position, with a strong background in French cuisine and cooking techniques.
  2. Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, inventory management, and staffing.
  3. Strong leadership qualities, with a passion for mentoring and guiding team members to achieve excellence.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
