Client Success Business Partner

Job Overview
As a Client Success Sr. Associate at Privia Health, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional account management in the Florida market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations consultants to align on client success metrics
- Oversee compliance requirements completion by all necessary parties
- Work with various Privia teams to drive client digital front door presence success
- Act as a communication liaison between clients and internal teams
- Provide top-notch customer service to physician practices
- Stay updated on Privia's processes and technology platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders on administrative and IT issue tracking and resolution
- Launch group purchasing options participation with clients
- Communicate key market updates to clients
- Deliver additional value through exemplary account management oversight
- Contribute to broader market projects and operational excellence initiatives
- Leverage technology platforms for reporting and EMR assistance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's or MBA a plus
- Previous healthcare experience required, preferably with physicians and medical groups
- Managed multiple projects with excellent client service
- Technical project management in healthcare is a plus
- Hospital or physician office setting experience, including knowledge of physician workflow and processes
- Tech savvy and reliable transportation
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 in base pay, excluding bonuses and benefits. An annual bonus target of 15% applies. The final base pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, and location.
