We are seeking an Operations Specialist, Strategy to join our Client Operations team. This pivotal role is essential to our mission of driving client success through innovative strategic initiatives, comprehensive data analysis, and proactive stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing performance outcomes. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers (AMs) and other key stakeholders, serving as a representative and advocate for Strategic Operations.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $23 to $26 per hour, based on experience, education, and skills. Key responsibilities include executing strategic tests to optimize operational processes and improve client outcomes, analyzing data to identify trends and derive actionable insights, presenting insights, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders, colleagues, and clients, developing and sustaining detailed documentation of processes, strategies, and findings, and identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address challenges.
