Administrative Coordinator

Capital Community Bank is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our Strategic Partners department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, conducting research, and communicating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Strategic Partners department, including organizing and maintaining legal notifications and other mail.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, including tracking and reporting.
- Support Program Managers during site visits and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports as assigned.
- Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Take minutes during meetings and support Bank management during regulatory examinations and audits.
- Communicate relevant project information to appropriate parties and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and common office equipment and software tools.
- Pleasant and confident demeanor when dealing with colleagues, clients, and customers.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills, highly organized, and able to work independently to finish assigned projects.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client and customer confidentiality.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Highly responsive and willing to take ownership of issues through resolution.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well in a team or individually.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Capital Community Bank offers a competitive salary range of $21-24/hourly, based on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, supplemental insurance, EAP, phone reimbursement, and PTO. Quarterly bonuses are available.
