Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Logistics team, including planning and scheduling department travel and coordinating meetings and site visits.
- Run reports, queries, and prepare presentations to support business decisions.
- Maintain and update department documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage multiple department calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and minimize conflicts.
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience; experience in a logistics or operations environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
